ULTIMUSA SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Thank you for supporting Ultimusa. We are proud to offer international shipping from our UK base to selected destinations around the world.
Please note that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. External factors can slow down deliveries - As soon as your goods have been sent to the courier, they are out of our control.
Please be aware that countries outside of the UK may be charged import duties. Please check your countries guidelines. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
Free international shipping may be available for orders over a certain value — please see our checkout page for current promotions (subject to change).

Delivery and Tracking
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking will be available through Evri until your parcel enters your country, after which your local courier will continue the delivery. Some tracking updates may be delayed during this transition.
Customs, Fees, Duties and Taxes
Customs fees, duties, and taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your country’s customs office for more details.
Evri currently services a selection of international destinations. If we’re unable to deliver to your location, we’ll notify you promptly.
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, please allow extra time for international shipments. We’re here to help in the rare event of a lost or delayed parcel.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using a tracked international delivery service for peace of mind. We currently use Evri for international tracked delivery. We operate on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning you may be contacted by your local customs office once your order arrives. This may result in a short delay in delivery. This may cause a slight delay in delivery. We always provide a commercial invoice and the necessary customs forms to help ensure smooth processing.
PACKAGING AND SUSTAINABILITY:
All orders are packed in recyclable kraft mailers and biodegradable plastic cases - we take care to minimise waste and environmental impact. We include a branded insert or thank-you note in every parcel to provide or loyal customers with a special discount. We are proud to say that all of our packaging is recyclable.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
