RETURNS
Please note - we do not offer free returns.
You can return an item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order unless it is used, stained, damaged or the original tags have been removed. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with it’s original packaging.
Please pack the items, together with the invoice, in the original packaging, seal it securely and send it to:

Once we have approved the return, you will receive a refund.
Costs of returning the items are non-refundable.
Please note we will not refund duties, taxes or shipping costs.
Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your bank account.
We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
